Yes, apparently calling someone a noob is much worse than hacking. There are also some really sensitive people out there. I see penguins getting called newbs all the time. But, now if Yoki96 says noob he should get banned. Either Hope(she had some numbers here) should get some help or the Club Penguin Team needs to get better moderators.
